We are beyond excited to announce that The Welsh House will be opening in the oldest town in Wales, Carmarthen in late 2024. The new venue will offer a memorable authentic experience in comfortable and relaxing surroundings.
Expect an open kitchen, vibrant bar and a private dining area perfect for the local business community and intimate dining experiences. We pride ourselves in being the home of the local community and a place where visitors can enjoy an authentic Welsh welcome and experience. Our menu is wholesome, delicious and generous inspired by traditional Welsh dishes using great Welsh ingredients. We use the highest quality, locally sourced cuts of meat, seasonal vegetables and work with Welsh suppliers to bring you the best that Wales has to offer.
In addition to The Welsh House menu, you can experience Salvatore’s pizzeria authentic Italian pizza made with Welsh ingredients. The Welsh House team put supporting local communities and Welsh businesses at the forefront of its venues and is excited to build relationships with local suppliers, neighbours, musicians, grass root sports teams, community groups and charities.
